The Arctic Federation, formed peacefully in the early 21st Century via the secession of the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon from Canada along with Greenland from Denmark, is by far the most sparsely populated country in the world. Its 165,000-strong population is stretched across a huge six million square kilometres of tundra and glaciers.
In its favour, though, is the collective experience shared by its citizens of surviving in conditions that most would consider inhospitable. To keep up to date with the news from the Federation, make sure to bookmark The Glacier, the nation's premier news source. |
